Recently lost ability to update the forecast. Please fix.

Issues appear to be resolved.

A well designed weather app - doesnt have the flashiness of some weather apps but it doesnt need it as that it provides a lot of information in little space. Would like to see an update for the retina display and if possible USA locations. UPDATE: Version 1.5 updates when you shake it - I initially thought it wasnt updating - ingenious way to save hits to environment Canada.  Great app, and great update! Edit: the shake is a bit of a pain - you have to shake it hard. Please change the update method. Still a 5 app! Update: v1.5.1 The shake to update is not sensitive enough - I have to shake my phone quite hard to get an update. In communication with the authors, the are some alternative methods that they are looking at to evoke an update. 4 program due to the update mechanism (it feels like I really have to whip the phone to update and it can be unnerving for me and distracting for others).

Shake to refresh is annoying though. Not so bad now that it auto refreshes again. Perhaps double tapping on the current weather would be a nice alternative for "refresh". Really like the preferences button graphics. :)

I was initially enthusiastic about this app, but it did not refresh with latest info. I soon deleted it.

I love the screen. It has tons of info in a small space. Each little symbol has a meaning. The wind direction indicator is great. The triangle changes size with wind speed. Its a great little app. I would like to see weather warnings incorporated into the app.

...but missing precipitation amount forecast.

It works and it has wind chill!

One of the few weather apps that has windchill and that is very important for us here in Saskatchewan!

Compact but info rich. If Environment Canadas automated data wasnt so error prone it would be great. Searched iTunes under weather couldnt find this app. Needs to show some predictions for the next week for those who travel.

It works on the iPad, but only shows up as the iPhone size.. Would be nice to get a iPad version that uses the full screen.

I like the interface but would love to see more in depth summary of the weather such as probability of precipitation or amount of rainfall expected, or even if the weather is expected to change throughout the day. Something that would help me be better prepared for the day. Otherwise very useful.

Immediately replaced default weather app! Has all the info I need including chances of precipitation.

This is by far the best weather app for Canadians!! Accurate and very easy to use. Updates regularly so you always have an accurate temperate where ever you are. Also looks great love the Canadian theme...I use this app daily!!!

Almost all the other weather apps I found use a different source than the Weather Office (like the Weather Network) and are not as accurate as this one imo. Its about time. Try it! And its FREE! Thanks! Now if that could allow us to choose Knots for wind speed for all the pilots out there, it would be perfect. Also it would be nice to read more details about the weather description on a particular day, I still have to check theweatheroffice.ca website for that part unfortunately.

You cant get a better Canadian weather app out there. Only addition I would like to see is ability to view radar but for a free app this shows you a lot at a glance and everything is gathered from Environment Canada.

This is a great App but it needs to be a universal App for both the iPhone and the iPad so please update the App so it will also work native on the iPad as well and so it is not just native on the iPhone look forward to seeing an up date for this app.
